Every year I look forward to fig season. In addition to being a personal favorite fruit of mine, in Persian Culture, the importance of figs dates back to ancient times. Not only are they a delicious fruit found on tables year round (dried when they're out of season), but they are a symbol of abundance. Since we are deep in fig season, I wanted to share my personal and cultural love for this fruit with a charm that captures its magical nature.
The charm resembles a fig that's been opened in half, so it is double sided in essence. One side boasting a high polish exterior of the fig, and the other showing the textured and seeded inside. Switch it around based on mood and how you're styling your charms.
