Refund policy

All sales are final. Refunds will only be accepted if the item received is damaged. Exchanges will be managed on a case by case basis.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In compliance with the EU Right of Withdrawal Policy, you can email hello.talayee@gmail.com within 14 days of your order delivery date to exercise your rights. Orders must be returned within 14 days of notifying Talāyee Fine Jewelry of your choice to exercise Withdrawal. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
